“I just want to work with someone who knows what they’re talking about”
That’s what a long-time HR Director said to us recently.
“I’ll happily pay the fee, I just want them to know what they’re doing and not waste my time. I don’t want to spend ages sorting through CVs. That’s what I’m paying them to do.”
Fair point, right?
If you’re paying expert money, you expect expert support.
Sometimes the problem isn’t the recruiter, it’s the model.
If you still think having ten agencies racing to fill one role works, then honestly, that’s on you.
But often, it comes down to who’s actually doing the recruitment.
You might get a polished sales pitch from a slick Eric, but if he passes it to “newbie Nev”, who was selling windows last week, it’s not going to end well.
Everyone has to learn somewhere.
But you’re not paying those fees to be someone’s training ground.
You’re paying for experience.
That’s where we come in.
At The HR Guys, every assignment is handled end-to-end by experienced HR Recruitment professionals.
We know HR.
We know what good looks like.
And we don’t waste your time.
So, if you are recruiting for your HR team and want to work with people who know what they’re talking about, then let’s talk.
Thank You
