What will you be doing?

Leading day-to-day HR for the UK site (c. 150 people).

Working closely with the Head of HR as their number 2 and trusted support.

Owning a broad generalist remit across the employee lifecycle.

Getting involved in group projects across an international business.

Shaping how HR supports a high-calibre engineering client group that values good HR.

Salary and contract
-
£45,000 FTE (range £40,000–£50,000 FTE depending on experience).

4 days per week, hybrid working with 2 days on site.

Interim contract initially, with potential to move to permanent once the global structure is finalised in early/mid 2026.
