We champion a partnership approach and understand that when we work on an exclusive basis we will enjoy a significantly increased fill rate, meaning we can pass on substantial savings to our customers against the traditional multi-agency contingency model.

Interim and Fractional HR Recruitment
Our interim and fractional recruitment fees are transparent and easy to understand.
Interim Assignments
Fees are calculated on a pro rata basis, depending on the contract length.

Example: a 9-month assignment is charged at 75% of the permanent fee.
Fractional Roles
Fees are based on the equivalent annual salary for the agreed working pattern.

Example: a £100,000 full-time role worked three days per week is charged based on a £60,000 equivalent salary.
Daily Rate Contracts
When a contract is agreed on a daily rate, we convert the rate into an annual salary equivalent and apply a clear, fixed fee.
