HR Assistant – Milton Keynes (Hybrid) – 22-28k

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, managing documentation, and updating HR databases.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, such as job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordinating orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including handling employee inquiries, maintaining communication channels, and assisting in conflict resolution.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and training programs.
- Support HR reporting and data analysis, including generating reports and maintaining accurate HR metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in HR meetings and discussions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance HR processes and contribute to the overall improvement of HR practices.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar HR administrative role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
