We have an exciting opportunity for an L&D Assistant to join a growing business near Milton Keynes and make a significant impact on the development of their highly engaged workforce.
As the L&D Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development initiatives of the organisation. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver effective training programs and ensure the continuous professional growth of the employees.
Key Responsibilities:
– Utilise your expertise in the use of learning management systems (LMS) to manage and maintain their training platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
– Generate comprehensive management information (MI) reports providing insights into training effectiveness, learner engagement, and program outcomes, enabling data-driven decision-making.
– Assist in organising and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and events, both virtually and in-person, to facilitate employee skill development and knowledge acquisition.
– Support the evaluation and assessment of training programs, collecting feedback from learners and key stakeholders to continuously improve our offerings.
