Head of HR Operations
Salary: 75K
We are currently looking for a commercially astute Head of HR Operations to join a growing business based near Northampton. They operate a hybrid model, with the option to WFH the majority of the time as business needs allow.
As a business, they have weathered the storm very well. They are financially solid and looking to continue with their expansion plans.
In terms of the role content, it’s a real mix.
Interesting work though as you work closely with the HRD, taking a lead on organisational design, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, reward & recognition, talent and succession management, and exit management. You will manage a small team of direct reports and be involved in a number of improvement projects to support the requirements of the business.
The HR team is currently going through a period of positive transformation to ensure that they have the processes and capability to support the ongoing growth of the business. You will therefore need to be comfortable operating in a changing environment and understand what good looks like and be able to communicate this effectively to your HR team members. You will also line-manage the payroll team and so previous exposure to this will be useful.
