Job Title: HR Manager – UK

Salary Range: 40-50k

This HR Manager position will join the UK Management Team and will report to the EMEA HR Director.

This is an exciting role for an experienced HR professional who feels comfortable delivering the long-range HR plan alongside hands-on HR activities.

The 250-strong workforce is predominantly based at their production facility in Cambs, and the expectation is that the HR Manager spends the majority of their time there too.

There is a dynamic culture, built around collaboration, transparency, innovation, and customer focus. The group function provides support and oversight while empowering the local team to manage the UK business.
