HR Candidate Attraction Solution – Fixed Fee Model
We work with you as a true recruitment partner and support you for a period of 28 days. At the end of this time, if the assignment is still ongoing, you can choose to extend our partnership or complete the process with your internal team. This solution is invoiced as a fixed fee of £1995.
N.B It is our view that if we all stick to a sensible recruitment timetable then we will be able to complete the attraction and interview element of the process during the initial 28-day period.
After we have completed a briefing call with you, we will get to work and write advert copy, share across the main job boards, undertake a thorough CV database search, and promote on LinkedIn. This will include both direct search (a core skill of ours) as well as a boosted job posting and promotion to our established HR Network.
We will manage the candidate response and arrange briefing calls with those that match the agreed criteria. We will process candidate applications in a timely manner and sensitively advise those that have not been successful.
Once the shortlist has been created, we will work with you to move selected candidates swiftly through the interview process.
This will all be managed in person by a highly experienced HR Recruitment Specialist.
